Shipping Policy
All orders shipped within the
United States are shipped using
only a reputable courier such as
FedEx, UPS and U.S. Postal.
A
tracking number will be
furnished when possible.
The actual amount of the
shipping is displayed at the
time of order, and that is the
amount that will be billed.
Return Policy
Every attempt will be made to
have a fair and reasonable
return policy. We stand
behind our products and seek a
win-win in every case. In
the event a return is requested
outside of what is outlined
here, please contact customer
service before moving forward at

Before any returns will be
accepted, you must contact
support to request a Return
Authorization (RA) number.
Returning a
Defective Item
If an item is defective, we will
accept the return within 5 days
of the date the order was
invoiced. At our
discretion, we may either
repair, replace, exchange or
refund the item. Buyer
pays return shipping, which will
be refunded at the time of
receipt unless the item is
deemed to be non-defective.
Returning a
Non-Defective Item
Buyer pays return shipping. The
purchaser will have 7 days to
return the item. Returns are
subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Refunds will be in
the form of store credit which
can be used on our website
www.blackcherryusa.com.
All items being returned must be
100% complete, unused and must
be in their original packaging.
All manuals, instructional
material and other materials
that came with the item must be
included in the original
packaging, as provided by the
manufacturer. A return may be
rejected or subject to
additional fees if any items
included in the original
shipment are missing from the
returned package. Items
returned that are damaged,
altered, or poorly/improperly
packaged will be not be accepted
for return. It is
recommended that you insure any
return shipments. Black Cherry
USA is not responsible for any
damage during shipment.
Examples of reasons a return may
be refused include, but are not
limited to:
- Improper
packaging
- Standard
certification labels removed
(UL listing, capacity, brand
name, EAN code)
- Item and/or
packaging defaced or damaged
by consumer/shipper
- In the event
that an item was damaged
during shipment, please
contact your shipper. We
recommended that you
purchase insurance for
return shipments.
- Evidence of
tampering (broken security
seals, etc.)
